Office of the Legal Counselor
The Office of the Legal Counselor represents U.S. interests before the international legal institutions in The Hague, such as the Iran-U.S. Claims Tribunal, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the International Court of Justice, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, and the Hague Conference on Private International Law.
OLC lawyers do not handle domestic law issues or matters relating to the bilateral law enforcement relationship with the Dutch.
